Position: Regional Sales Manager

This position will work to identify opportunities and grow OEM Engine targets and sales in the assigned areas of responsibility. This position focuses on identifying, connecting, and communicating sales opportunities to drive growth, assist, and execute business strategies. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will provide added direction for the sales strategy for their market.


  • Establish and develop personal relationships with identified sales opportunities.
  • In partnership with our current leaders, identify, recognize, and enable our sales team to build our pipeline.
  • Promote and educate about Hamilton Engine’s vision, opportunity, brands, and products.
  • Assist in facilitating programs, campaigns, promotions, and new products.
  • Empower and support teammates through team training's, goal setting, and accountability.
  • Identify and communicate growth opportunities through performance metrics analysis.
  • Actively quote customers, managing orders, and working with vendors for accurate pricing and delivery time.
  • Implement business strategies and budgetary plans that will assist Hamilton in reaching its growth and profitability goals.
  • Communicate effectively through multiple channels to include email, conference calls, Microsoft Teams calls, and one-on-one or large meeting groups.
  • Travel for role expected 50%-70%. 2-3 weeks a month is expected to call on OEM’s with this product line.
  • Other duties as assigned by business demands. Regular attendance is required for the success of this role.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in communicating and growing brand and sales initiatives.
  • Engine line product knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient use of technology, experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proven ability in interacting at all levels.
  • Self-confident, decisive; ability to create strong morale and group spirit.

Education and Licenses:

  • Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid U.S. Passport a plus


Position: Customer Support Representative

Interacts with customers by phone or email to provide a solution. Answers customers' technical questions regarding product or service through the assistance of Hamilton product support. Liaises between sales, vendors, and customers alike. Usage of Salesforce CRM to engage with customers for all interactions (phone & email) and to aid in prioritization of workload. Enters quotes and orders through the usage of ERP (P21). This position is best suited for those with an interest in selling and a passion for customer service.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Communications (degree preferred but not required)
  • Proven sales history of selling products or services
  • Passion for providing a positive customer experience
  • Ability to diffuse an upset customer tactfully
  • Comfort-ability with taking a high volume of customer phone calls
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions to those needs while promoting products and services
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
  • Positive attitude and fun-spirited
  • Hydraulics, engine and/or off-highway experience (preferred but not required)
  • Team oriented, but self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving skills


  • Customer support through phone and email
  • Process customer quotes, purchase orders
  • Place purchase orders with Hamilton Engine vendors
  • Follow-up on large customer quotes to achieve a sale
  • Coordinate with the service department in instances where a customer would like multiple solutions
  • Identify customer needs and develop solutions to those needs while promoting Hamilton Engine products and services.
  • Research parts availability and price and provide accurate quotes to customers regarding price, freight, and repair that meet the customer delivery requirements. Relay this information to the customer.
  • Provide customers with any necessary documents, i.e., parts drawings, acknowledgments, and technical information.
  • Work with accounting to process new customers and resolve credit issues.
  • Work with Purchasing Specialists to check the status of open customer orders and resolve any issues that may occur.
